the rear of the villa is an 8x6m swimming pool with roman steps. There
are sunloungers and a shady covered terrace with dining table and
chairs.
The
villa will have all new fencing to the perimeter over the winter making
it private from its neighbours. It is a 15-minute walk to the lovely
beach and the bars/restaurants around the marina. Just across the road
is a selection of further restaurants. Saturday changeover.
