This attractive villa is situated on
a conveniently located community complex with two swimming pools, near
to the Cap d'Artruxt lighthouse and only 2/3 minutes walk from bars,
shops and restaurants.
Accommodation
comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both comfortably
furnished with bedside tables, fans and built-in wardrobes, sharing a
full family bathroom.
The living
accommodation is furnished with sofa, chairs, plasma TV, DVD and music
system. The dining area has a lovely teak table and seating for six.
There is a small bar-style kitchen off the living area with electric
oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc, and plenty of
crockery/utensils for a self-catering holiday. The washing machine is
located outside the villa.
To the outside of the
villa, there is a private garden area with built-in BBQ, table, chairs
and sun loungers plus a sun roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea
and lighthouse.
This is an ideal
location for a family holiday for those happy to share a swimming pool
on an attractive community. The main resort and marina/beach are about a
15-20 minute walk from the villa, which makes it an ideal, peaceful
location. Flexible day change-over.
