This attractive villa is situated is situated close to villa VSW006 on a well looked-after community
complex with swimming pool and is near to the Cap d'Artrux lighthouse.
The villa is only 2-3 minutes walk from bars, shops and restaurants.

comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both comfortably
furnished with bedside tables, fans and built-in wardrobes, sharing a
full family bathroom.
The living
accommodation is also nicely furnished with sofa, chairs, plasma TV
(local channels only), DVD and music system. The dining area has a
lovely teak table and seating for six. There is a bar-style kitchen off
the living area with electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,
toaster, kettle etc, and plenty of crockery/utensils for a self catering
holiday. The washing machine is located outside the villa.
To the outside of the
villa, there is a private garden area with built-in BBQ, table, chairs
and sun loungers plus a roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea and
lighthouse, which are pictured. Please note that at time of listing this
villa it was not possible to take photographs of the exterior
due to some exterior work.
This is an ideal
location for a family holiday for those happy to share a swimming pool
on an attractive community. The main resort and marina/beach are a 15-20
minute walk from the villa, which makes it an ideal peaceful location.
