VSW002  This spacious three-bedroom/two-bathroom air-conditioned villa has stunning views over the sea in the popular family resort of Cala Blanca, is an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday and is only a short drive from the historical port of Ciutadella.

The villa is situated on a good-sized plot with private gardens and an 8x4m swimming pool surrounded by terraces equipped with sun loungers and table/chairs. The 100m2 barbecue terrace is situated to the rear, on the first floor of the villa.

The villa accommodation is 'upside down' to take advantage of the sea views, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and living/dining on the upper. Accommodation on the ground floor comprises three double bedrooms, all with ample wardrobe space; one bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room, and the other two have single beds. The bedrooms share a good sized, fully-fitted family bathroom. An additional shower room/WC can be found on the first floor.

A wide staircase leads up to the first floor with its fully modernised kitchen, equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of utensils and cutlery. There is a comfortably furnished sitting/dining room with satellite TV (free to view channels), DVD, CD music system and double doors leading out to an additional west-facing terrace with fantastic sunset views over the sea.

There is additional sleeping accommodation for a further two people in single beds in the fully tiled and converted ground floor garage/games room. Supplement applies.

Renovated and refurbished over the winter of 2004, this villa offers brand new fixtures, fittings, appliances and furnishings. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is less than five minutes walk away from one of the two beaches and just two minutes walk from the bars/restaurants and shops. Saturday changeover.

Menorca west region guide

The popular resort of Cala Blanca lies on the south-west coast just 4km south of Ciutadella. It is self contained, with its own supermarkets, shops, numerous restaurants and bars, plus a white sandy beach which is quite shallow, making it a popular choice for families. Strong swimmers can explore the sea caves in the surrounding limestone cliffs. A visit to Ciutadella is a must; there is a frequent bus service to and from the resort. Taxis are cheap, approximately £6 each way
