VS065  This beautiful air-conditioned property is situated in a much sought after area within five minutes walk of the sandy cove of Binidali. The villa has a fully enclosed garden with entrance via an electronic gate. Being all on one level, it is especially suitable for small children and those with mobility problems. It enjoys lovely sea views from the terrace and inside the light and spacious villa. The main house has four bedrooms and the separate self-contained annexe may be used when there are more than eight guests.

Interior accommodation within the main house:
Internal atrium with plants and water feature.
Spacious living room with glass doors to terrace and pool area, comfortable sofas, large dining table/chairs, satellite TV (free to view channels) and DVD player with selection of DVDs, board games and books. There is also broadband wireless internet access.
Light, spacious kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is also a tap which provides filtered drinking water.
Separate utility room off the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with overhead bath shower plus separate cubicle.
Two bedrooms with double beds, each with ensuite shower rooms.
Twin bedroom with two single beds and ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have exterior access.

Annexe
The villa also has an annexe available for an additional weekly supplement. It has one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower plus a lounge with open plan kitchen.

The villa is surrounded by a private enclosed garden (plot size 1200 sq m) with large grassed areas to three sides, a stone built BBQ and exterior furnishings for outdoor entertaining. The drive offers parking space for up to three vehicles and has an electronic gate. Outdoor furnishings are of a high quality and there is a cushioned seating area with sun canopy.

The private swimming pool measures 9x4m, has roman steps and child friendly barriers, making it an ideal property for families with small children. Pool heating can be supplied for a weekly supplement of £120 and takes a day to reach your chosen temperature. Pool/beach towels are also provided for guest use.

For families with small children there is a small secure play area with a wendy house, slide and lots of toys. For the even younger ones we include any of the following (if required) free of charge: wooden cot, high chair, Moses basket, bed guard, intercom system, electric 'Avent' steriliser, changing mat.

While situated in a residential location within easy walking distance of the sandy cove, it is 5 minutes drive from the nearest small town of San Clemente, so a hire car is essential.

This villa is an excellent choice for the discerning family and Travel Menorca is pleased to be able to offer it for rental for another season. Early booking is recommended. Saturday change-over.
