VM016 This spacious, well presented villa has a private swimming pool, full air-conditioning/heating to all bedrooms and living room and offers excellent sea and harbour views from its elevated position at the top of Cala Llonga - one of the island's most exclusive and sought-after residential areas, nestling on the south shoreline of Mahon's famous harbour. The villa provides an unusually large double-sized plot with a lovingly maintained garden. You enter via a traditional wooden Menorquin gate and a path which leads to the entrance door; this opens to a small hall/lobby, and off this is a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Also in the lobby is a newly renovated shower-room/WC. From the living room a short hallway provides access to the two further bedrooms, one of which offers the same mattress options as the master bedroom. This bedroom also has a good range of fitted wardrobes, a feature constructed headboard, and double french doors opening on to the terrace and gardens. The fourth bedroom is a large room with two double (4ft 6in) beds and fitted wardrobes. From both living and dining room, the french doors and windows respectively offer excellent views across the lovely gardens to the harbour and open sea beyond, and the living room doors provide access to the covered, arched outside dining area, furnished with patio table and chairs. Two steps lead down to the sun terraces and the 9x4m swimming pool, where there are sun loungers for guest use. To the other side of the terrace there is a large constructed BBQ with chimney and a food preparation area. In front of the terraces is the large lawned garden, surrounded by various colourful border shrubs and flowers. This villa has recently undergone substantial renovations, including new floor tiling throughout and a full interior redecoration, plus installation of new bathroom suites and retiling of walls.
