VM012  This light, modern and spacious four-bedroom detached villa is of stunning individual architectural design. It is built largely in local 'mares' (natural limestone) and makes extensive use of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors along the whole length of one side of the villa, providing superb views to the sea just 200m away. It offers extremely good value for money for a family holiday.

The large open-plan sitting/dining room is tastefully furnished with sofa, lounge chairs, wall unit, TV (local terrestrial channels), DVD, CD music system and dining table with eight chairs. The sitting room is air-conditioned.

The ultra-modern kitchen has light oak units and blue marble worktops with gas oven and hob, washing machine, electric oven, fridge-freezer, and toaster

There are four bedrooms, three with two single beds in each and one kingsize double, all with sliding double-glazed doors and glass walls opening on to the pool/terraces and offering views across to the sea. The master bedroom has an ultra-modern ensuite bathroom, with full-sized bath and walk-in shower, and there is a family bathroom in addition. A further air-conditioning unit in the bedroom corridor provides cooling for the bedroom areas. Also in the corridor are floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes.

Outside, there is an extensive terrace surrounding the 9x4m pool, and a canopy that can be opened or closed to provide shade for dining or when needed. There is ample room for the sunbeds and a dining table/chairs to seat eight. There is also a portable BBQ. The terrace provides outstanding views down to the sea, across the large lawned garden area.

This villa offers very comfortable and good quality accommodation and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from the seafront and the small, pretty beach/cove of Binisafua Playa.

Please note that Binisafua is under one of the flightpaths leading to the airport, some 4km away, so some aircraft noise must be anticipated. Monday change-over.

Resort information

Binisafua is a quiet and typically Menorquin coastal village and has just a handful of bar-restaurants. The much larger resort-towns and beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar and S'Algar have a wide choice of entertainment facilities and are all within 5-6 minutes drive. The historic and charming town of Sant Lluis is about the same distance away. Binisafua Playa offers the ideal setting for the family seeking a slower and relaxed base, but within easy and quick reach of everything the lovely south-east of the island can offer.
