VFW051 This attractive double storey, four bedroom villa is in a residential cul-de-sac close to all the facilities and just a short stroll from the marina and beach in the popular family resort of Cala en Bosc. Set back from the road, with olive wood gates, the villa sits on a spacious plot with sunbathing terraces surrounding the 8x6m private pool with roman step access. Entrance into the villa is via the covered terrace; the property has an open-plan interior. On the ground floor, the living room has comfortable sofas, a TV with free to view satellite channels and DVD. To the rear of this is the kitchen/dining room complete with modern fitted kitchen, built in oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine plus a full range of kitchen utensils. The downstairs twin bedroom has a shower room just next door. There is an ornate staircase leading up to the first floor where the other bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes and doors on to a private terrace overlooking the pool area. The two twin bedrooms are also nicely furnished and all the upper bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room and upper hallway of the villa are air-conditioned, though individual bedrooms are not. The exterior terraces of the villa are enclosed by stone walls with bruc fencing above for privacy and there are ample sunbeds, a brick built BBQ, outdoor shower and dining table/chairs for eight completing the facilities of this attractive villa.
