VFW040 This villa offers the most amazing views from its attractive pool and garden area down to the sea and beach at Cala Galdana With five bedrooms - all air-conditioned - it offers excellent value for money in this very popular beach resort.

The large rear garden has mature pines, palms and lawn surrounding the sunbathing terraces, BBQ area and 10x4m private pool with both ladder and roman step access at the shallow children's end. There's lots of space to relax and take in the fantastic views.

Accommodation in the villa comprises:
On the ground floor, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, separate bathroom, spacious living/dining room with leather sofas, TV with free-to-view satellite channels and DVD, fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and ample utensils for a self-catered holiday.
Upstairs, a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room. A small bunk bedded room adjoins this. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace from this level also.

To the front of the villa is a large drive with ample parking space for three vehicles.

Supermarket and shops in the resort are down at beach level, along with other amenities on the other side of the bay. The beach can be reached by steps down the cliffside 300m away, or by the longer way around by road, approximately 1km.

Highly recommended for a family holiday, this older-style villa offers excellent accommodation in a spectacular position. Saturday changeover.

Resort information

Cala Galdana - also known as Santa Galdana - is called the Queen of Menorca's coves thanks to its spectacular setting. The horseshoe beach of golden sand nestles between tall limestone cliffs and pine trees, which are reflected in the sea. It has recently grown into a busy resort, ideal for a family holiday with enough facilities to keep everyone happy. There are several beach bars, a wide range of watersports, mini golf and a small water slide for the children. The Cala Galdana mini express train is a relaxing way to enjoy the resort; it takes you to some spectacular viewpoints on the cliffside. The beautiful, unspoilt beaches of Cala Trebaluger, Macarella and Mitjana are close by
