VFW012 These three bedroom, two bathroom villas are situated in a quiet residential location on the small headland of Cala en Bruc. They offer a good level of comfortable accommodation and are arranged on one single storey level, making them ideal for families with small children or wheelchair users. It is only a two-minute walk to the coast, where you have direct access to the sea from the rocks and sunbathing platforms. The snorkelling is excellent and the views spectacular.

The villas are a 10-minute walk (400m) from the beach at Cala en Blanes and the nearest restaurants and supermarket are only 150m metres away. The bustling resorts of Cala en Blanes and Cala en Forcat are a 10-15 minute walk. In these resorts can be found a large selection of bars, restaurants, children's play areas and an aquapark.

All the villas have identical interiors and furnishings with an entrance hall into the living/dining room with satellite TV (free to view channels only) and DVD. All are comfortably furnished and have french doors leading out on to the terrace and pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and a full complement of utensils/crockery for a self catering holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom, plus there are a further two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

The fully enclosed garden has a private swimming pool with roman steps (8.4x5m, depth 1.1-1.9m). There is a built-in barbecue, six sunloungers and table chairs for outdoor dining. The garden is fully screened for privacy.

Bike hire is very popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is also a mini train that drops off and picks up near the villas which takes you in and around resort.

There is no road to cross to get to the sea, and they are an ideal choice for both couples and families or groups wishing to take their holidays together. Change-over day by request.
