It is in a quiet area at the end of a cul de sac and overlooks a natural cove with a glorious view of the Mediterranean. There is direct access to the sea from the rocks and sunbathing platforms. The snorkelling is excellent, and you can even feed the fish from your hands! The villa was built with double walls to keep it cool in the summer, and being right on the coast it often benefits from a cool breeze. It is within easy reach of all facilities and amenities and only 150m from the diving/sunbathing platforms of Calan Bruc. It is a 10-minute walk (400m) from the beach at Calan Blanes. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are 150m away. The villa offers a good standard of comfortable accommodation with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, tastefully furnished living room with DVD and free-to-view channel satellite TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave and separate utility room with washing machine/ironing board and iron. The private 4.5x8m swimming pool is situated in a totally enclosed garden, offering privacy and safety for children, and the terrace is equipped with table/chairs, six sunloungers and a barbecue. The bustling resort of Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat are a 15min walk away. There you will find a huge selection of shops, bars, restaurants, children's play areas and an aquapark. Bike hire is very popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is a bicycle hire shop 10min from the villa. There is also a resort mini train which drops off and picks up nearby. The villa is arranged on one level, with ramps, extra-wide doorways and handrails in the bathrooms, making it ideal for wheelchair users. Change-over day by request.
