Ideally situated within the popular family
beach resort of Cala Galdana, this comfortable, traditional villa offers
a great location for a relaxing family holiday.
The villa is elevated
from the road and fronted by mature hedge and walls; a gentle slope
leads up to the main terrace and then there are 10 steps up to the villa
entrance, straight into the living/dining area. This is comfortably
furnished and offers flat screen TV/DVD and Sky free-to-view satellite
channels, a music system, dining table and chairs, sofa and coffee
table. The separate kitchen has fully fitted units with full cooker,
fridge/freezer, washing machine , microwave and all the necessary
crockery, cutlery and utensils for a self catering holiday.
The villa has four
bedrooms - a double, a twin and two singles - all with storage space,
comfortably furnished and with free-standing fans for cooling. The
bedrooms share a full family bathroom with overhead shower.
The exterior of the
villa is very pleasant, with a large terrace outside the living area
with dining/table and chairs and sunbeds plus a large brick-built BBQ. A
gate leads down five steps to the pool area. The pool has roman step
access at the shallow end. There is also a pool shower and WC outside.
Off-road parking is available on the drive leading up to the villa.
