location for all the south east coast resorts and the island's capital

up to front door and the ground floor of the villa, on which there are
three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is on the upper floor of the

The exterior of the
villa has extensive sunbathing areas and covered areas for dining and
shade. There is a bar area with fridge and BBQ and the swimming pool has
roman step access. Lawned gardens surround the pool and terraces with a
multitude of shrubs and trees. Lovely sea views down to the beach can be
enjoyed from here.
The villa is situated
about eight minutes walk from the coast and the pretty nearby beach of
Binisafua Playa. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The village
of Binisafua offers a restaurant and tennis club but a hire car is
considered essential as there is no supermarket in the resort. Guests
should note that Binisafua is under one of the flight paths to the
airport, and therefore some aircraft noise will be experienced. Friday
change-over.
