VF066 is a stunning four-bedroom/four-bathroom waterfront villa just a few metres from the moorings of Addaya's pretty marina. It offers spacious, high-quality air-conditioned accommodation, a private swimming pool and wonderful views of the rocky islets and the sea beyond. The villa is situated at the very end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the marina. The road is occupied by several large, detached villas and therefore guests are offered a quiet, tranquil and secluded location a short stroll from Addaya's supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants, and of course the marina itself. Accommodation is arranged over two levels. The front entrance door at street level opens to a hallway and corridor and off these are located three of the four bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and have ensuite shower rooms/WC, and French doors opening on to one of the sea-facing balconies. At the end of the corridor is the master suite, comprising two single beds arranged as a double in front of a king-size headboard, ensuite bathroom and two sets of double doors opening on to the large private balcony overlooking the marina. All the bedrooms on this level have fitted wardrobes and benefit from air-conditioning. Stairs from the entrance hall lead down to the lower level. Here there is a large kitchen/dining room with a range of fitted pine units, metallic-finish electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and all the domestic appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for the self-catering family holiday, plus a large table and chairs in the dining area. A utility room just off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and butler sink. Also at the lower level is the living room, comfortably furnished with sofas and accessory furniture, TV with Sky free-to-view channels, DVD player and music system. Two sets of double doors from the living room provide access to the covered and open tiled terrace areas and 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps. The covered dining terrace, open terraced areas and pool overlook the Marina and cove. Finally, on the lower level is a fourth bedroom with two single beds, offering marina views. Please note that the bedroom on this level is served by a ventilation fan and not by an air-conditioning unit. As well as the air-conditioning to three of the four bedrooms and the kitchen and dining area, this modern villa also has full central heating and double glazed windows and doors throughout, making it ideal for a comfortable stay in the cooler periods of the season or even during the winter.
