VF057 This lovely, private villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the popular resort of Binibeca Vell. It offers very high quality, comfortable accommodation in a much loved second family home and provides an ideal location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday while still within easy walking distance of all facilities. Entrance is through a private gate with three steps up on to the fully enclosed pool terrace, which has a kidney shaped swimming pool with roman steps. Sunbathing terraces and flower borders/mature palms surround the pool and its loungers, brick built barbecue and sink/food preparation area. There is a dining table and chairs on the covered terrace immediately outside the villa which enjoys sea views. To the right of the villa are other elevated terrace areas, one with a four-person Jacuzzi and another covered by a pergola. This pergola provides a shaded area with an outdoor pool table, which is also floodlit. A gated staircase leads up at the side of villa to a very large first floor terrace with spectacular panoramic sea views. It is furnished with outdoor cane style table/armchairs and two very high quality relaxer/loungers. The villa accommodation is very spacious and is accessed from the covered dining terrace through french doors into the main living room. This is furnished with two sofas, a large coffee table, wall mounted plasma TV with free-to-view satellite channels plus Sky Sports, and DVD. There is a separate CD music system. To the left of the living room is a further TV/dining room with dining table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, another TV/DVD and a PlayStation 2 with two controllers. This room also has air conditioning which keeps the whole ground floor cool. Leading from this room is the fully fitted kitchen with gas oven/electric hob, microwave and a full range of utensils. The large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are situated in the adjacent utility area. A separate storage room contains four mountain bikes (two adult and two youth) for the use of guests. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an air-conditioning unit, and a separate large modern shower room/WC. A returning staircase of 12 steps lead to the upper floor where the master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes/dressing table and french doors leading out to the large terrace which has magnificent sea views. There are two further twin bedrooms also offering built-in wardrobes and access to the same large terrace. All bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units. Also on this floor is a full family bathroom and a separate shower room/WC, all recently refurbished. This really is a beautifully appointed, spacious villa in a wonderful location which is highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday. Early booking is essential. Flexible change-over. |
