This villa is part of a small attractive and
secluded development of eight villas, constructed to a high standard six
years ago. The villas surround a large communal swimming pool and

Puerto
Addaya is a small, quiet and pleasant resort-cum-residential pueblo,
with several bar-restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Although it does
not have its own beach (and therefore fewer crowds and commercialisation), it does have a pretty yacht marina and some dramatic
views, and an excellent choice of first class beaches and resorts within
five or 10 minutes drive, including Arenal d'en Castell, Son Parc (which
also is home to the island's golf course), Son Saura, Na Macaret and
Fornells Playa
