VF053  A delightful detached four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with private swimming pool, situated on the hill above the marina of Puerto Addaya and offering superb views over the port and sea.

The villa, constructed in 2002, offers very spacious, bright and high quality accommodation, and is very tastefully furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard. It is equipped with central heating, which is available off season at extra cost.

There is a large and bright lounge, with comfortable and stylish furniture, a TV (with free-to-view Sky channels), DVD, video, and CD music system; to the left of the lounge is a lovely dining area, with an impressive mahogany table and chairs. Double glazed french doors from both lounge and dining room open on to a spacious terrace - partly covered - and a 10x4m pool which can be heated at extra cost, all overlooking Addaya's pretty marina. To the immediate left of the entrance hall is a modern fully tiled shower room, and a bedroom with double bed.

On the first floor there are a further three bedrooms, all of which have twin beds, but any of which can be arranged as doubles on request. Also on the upper storey is an impressive and unusually large bathroom.

Back on the ground floor, the luxury kitchen offers a full range of luxury fitted units, granite work surfaces, integral electric oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and, in the adjacent utility room, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.

There is a small front garden in the Mediterranean style and, to the rear, the large terraces provide ample room for 'al fresco' dining, sunbathing or simply relaxing and enjoying the sun and fabulous views.

The villa is quietly situated at the top of the road that descends to the marina and coast, a couple of hundred metres past the restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket of the resort.  Friday change-over.

Resort information

Puerto Addaya is a small, quiet and pleasant resort-cum-residential pueblo, with several bar-restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
