VF046  A spacious, detached three-bedroom/two-bathroom villa occupying a substantial plot, and with large private swimming pool, located in the tranquil area of Cap d'en Font, just a few hundred metres from the pretty sheltered cove and small beach of Binisafua Playa.

The villa has undergone considerable renovation, including installation of a luxury kitchen, and has been completely redecorated throughout, with much of the furniture new.

There is a large L-shaped living/dining room, comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs, dining table and chairs, and is equipped with TV, video, DVD and access to free-to-view UK satellite channels.

To right of the entrance is the new kitchen, with quality fitted units and integral oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms: a twin-bedded room, a double bedroom and a double bedroom also with a single bed. The villa sleeps seven comfortably. All bedrooms have dual air-conditioning/heating systems. The bathrooms are modern and fully tiled: a family bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC and an ensuite shower room.

Externally the villa has large covered and open terrace areas to the rear and lovely, well maintained lawned gardens. Located to the rear of the gardens is the 9x4.5m pool. The rear and sides of the villa are enclosed for children.

Cap d'en Font 144 is a bright, airy and spacious villa offering a good level of privacy, and a relaxed and comfortable base. It's close to a flightpath, so some aircraft noise is inevitable. Friday change-over.

Resort information

Cap den Font and Binisafua Playa is a small, relaxed coastal village-cum-resort where the properties are both permanent residential and second homes used by overseas owners and guests. Apart from its beach it has several bar-restaurants scattered around, and tennis courts. The local historic town of Sant Lluis is about six minutes by car, and other resorts and facilities such as Binibeca, Cala Torret, Punta Prima, S'Algar and Alcaufar are the same or less. A hire car is considered essential for Binisafua. Please note that the area is under one of the approach flight paths to Mahon airport, and therefore some aircraft noise is likely Menorca south-east region guide
