VF044 This stunning and unique detached villa occupies a front-line position with unbeatable views to the sea (just 50m away, across the lane and rocks) and to the bay of Cap d'en Font. The villa is situated on a large double-sized plot at the end of a quiet coastal lane, and offers complete privacy and tranquility to the discerning client, with fabulous external areas of landscaped and lawned gardens, extensive terraces, lovely pergola and large swimming pool. Doors lead on to a good sized balcony with table and chairs, and this offers fantastic sea views, especially spectacular at sunset. This upper floor has restricted headroom to both sides, as it is situated in the inverse V of the roof. This room has proved very popular with and is considered especially suitable as accommodation for older children and teenagers, or a play den; with zed-beds it could accommodate 3/4 of them.
