VF042  This lovely detached villa with air-conditioning and large swimming pool is situated in the tranquil village of Trebaluger and is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday. Beaches, restaurants and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away.

The property has large entrance gates which open up to the landscaped grounds and pool area to the front. The entrance hall leads into a dining area and sitting room with large, comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs plus TV with Sky (free to view channels), DVD and portable CD/radio. Double doors open out on to the covered terrace and pool area.

Off the sitting room are two of the five air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a small twin bedroom with a chest of drawers, while the second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Between the two bedrooms is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps.

Off the hall is the master bedroom with free standing wardrobes and two single beds which can be made up as one large double if required. There is an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. This bedroom is suitable for those with a disability who find stairs a problem.

The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and board, plus all necessary crockery and utensils. The breakfast area has a table and six chairs with a door leading out to the tiled patio with a wooden table and chairs plus portable barbecue.

On the upper level of the villa there are two more double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading on to a balcony. There is a third bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.

To the front of the property the beautiful large pool is set in a tiled terrace where there are plenty of sun loungers, chairs and parasols. The pool has three different depths, from 2ft around the roman steps (suitable for small children) down to 4-7 ft. The pretty garden is planted to give full privacy, and is fully enclosed. A long drive allows parking for up to four cars.

This villa is highly recommended for those who like peace and tranquillity while still being close to all amenities. Trebaluger has a wonderful supermarket, stocking everything needed from fresh bread to local meat and vegetables and it is just a five-minute walk from the villa. The towns of Es Castell and Sant Luis are a 4/5 minute drive with a selection of beaches just a 10 minute drive. Friday changeover.

Resort information

To call Trebaluger a resort would be wrong. Blink and you will miss the turn. It is situated halfway between Es Castell and Sant Luis and has winding, pretty little lanes full of residential villas. There are no facilities other than a superb supermarket that opens daily and sells a full range of items including fresh fruit, vegetables and meat.
