VF041  This individually designed and unusually spacious three bedroom, two bathroom detached villa was built in 2001 and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the rustic and traditional Menorquin village of Trebaluger, in the island's south-eastern 'golden triangle'.

The walled and gated villa occupies a good sized plot of some 850m2 with the pool and terrace area being completely private.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a:

French doors open on to a pergola and outside dining area, terraces and swimming pool.
Kitchen/utility room: the modern, fitted kitchen has a range of pinewood units, and is fully equipped, including electric oven, hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher.
Two bedrooms, one with wrought iron double bed; the other with two 3ft single beds, and both with fitted pine wardrobes and matching ancillary furniture, with access to the pool and terrace. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Large modern shower room/wc with walk-in shower, wc and wash basin.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to the master suite comprising a large bedroom with super-king size bed, bedside tables, chair, chest and dressing table with mirror. There is also a CD music system, ceiling fan and french doors which open on to a very large balcony with ample room for sunbeds, table, chairs. This terrace has lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled modern ensuite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, wc, and wardrobe/dressing room.

There is a large drive to the front of the villa, providing off-street parking, and to the sides and rear of the villa there are lawned gardens. Mature, colourful hedges surround the 9x4m tiled swimming pool and extensive terraces. There is a covered pergola with large patio table and six chairs beneath. There is also space for the six sunbeds, further circular teak table and four matching chairs and large parasol.

This attractive villa offers a high level of comfort as well as complete privacy for guests in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Friday change-over.

Resort information

To call Trebaluger a resort would be wrong. Blink and you will miss the turn. It is situated halfway between Es Castell and Sant Luis and has winding, pretty little lanes full of residential villas. There are no facilities other than a superb supermarket that opens daily and sells a full range of items including fresh fruit, vegetables and meat.
