VF040  This private and secluded three bedroom, two bathroom detached villa occupies a quiet elevated plot on a residential road in the popular resort of Son Parc, close to the island's only golf course.

The villa was built around 20 years ago and, although retaining some of the original finishes in the kitchen and bathroom, has been very well maintained throughout. It offers light, comfortable and spacious accommodation.

It is approached via a driveway and steps leading up to the pool terraces. Balustrades surround the perimeter and there is a lovely 8x4m private pool with roman steps. In front of the villa is a covered terrace and open built-in seating area.

French doors provide access to the villa, which features a good sized sitting/dining room, comfortably furnished with sofa and lounge chairs, TV (Sky free-to-view channel access) and video, matching pinewood display cabinet, dining table and chairs.

To the side of the sitting/dining room is a kitchen with white pinewood fitted units, gas cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Immediately outside the kitchen, accessed by a side door, is a drying area with washing machine and butler sink.

To the rear of the sitting/dining room, four steps lead up a short corridor - to the left is a bedroom with two single beds and opposite is a bedroom with a double bed. At the end of this corridor is the master bedroom with double bed and a spacious and tasteful ensuite bathroom, with sunken bath, WC and bidet. All bedrooms are nicely presented and have fitted wardrobes.

Next to the first two bedrooms there is a further complete and fully tiled family bathroom.

To the side/rear of the villa, a staircase leads to a tiled roof terrace with views over the surrounding countryside.

The villa is situated a few hundred metres from numerous shops, bars and restaurants of Son Parc, and less than a kilometre from the golf course and the large and beautiful sandy beach of Son Saura, making it an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday. Friday change-over.

Resort information

Son Parc is an attractive urbanisation on Menorca's beautiful north coast. It has its own lovely horseshoe-shaped sandy beach, as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Between five and 10 minutes drive is a range of other beaches and resorts, including Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret, Puerto Addaya and the picturesque fishing village of Fornells.
