VF037  This lovely detached four-bedroom/three-bathroom villa offers very spacious, high quality accommodation and surroundings in a quiet, residential area. Built in 2002, this villa offers a relaxed, home-from-home level of comfort. Air-conditioning is available for a £75 per week supplement.

The villa comprises a large entrance hall, with corridors to left and right… from the right hand corridor there is access to the large, ultra modern kitchen/breakfast room, with full range of high quality fitted units and domestic appliances, including electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer (and a further concealed freezer), dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a tap which provides filtered drinking water. Off this room is a tasteful dining room with dark oak table, chairs and rustic style wall unit.

At the end of this corridor is the large living room, very tastefully furnished with two leather sofas and dark wood furniture, TV with DVD and access to UK free-to-view satellite channels, and CD player.

From the living room and corridor, one can directly access the large outside terraces, lawns and good sized swimming pool.

There is a large, luxury family bathroom on the ground floor and also two twin bedrooms, both with french doors opening on to the gardens and pool.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the two master suites on the first floor; both bedrooms have double beds, high quality ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, and french doors leading on to a large terrace, from which there are very nice sea views.

Externally, there are large terraced areas, both covered and uncovered, furnished with teak dining tables and chairs plus a range of sunbeds, patio chairs and table, parasols, etc. There is a large gas BBQ for use on the pergola dining area which also has built in sink and work area. The extensive beautifully landscaped garden surround the kidney shaped swimming pool of 9x5m which has an Aquanet removable safety cover. This is a new concept which allows the pool to still be visibly attractive but offers safety should a child fall on to it (requires adult input of around 5-7 mins to take on and off).

Highly recommended for the discerning client who wishes to be within a five-minute walk of the beach and restaurants but still wants a quiet, residential location. Early booking recommend. Friday changeover.

Resort information
