VF037  This is a lovely detached four-bedroom/three-bathroom villa offering very spacious, high quality accommodation and surroundings in a quiet, residential area. Built in 2002, this villa offers a relaxed, home-from-home level of comfort. Air-conditioning is available for a £50 per week supplement.

The villa comprises a large entrance hall, with corridors to left and right … from the right hand corridor there is access to the large, ultra modern kitchen/breakfast room, with full range of high quality fitted units and domestic appliances, including electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer (and a further concealed freezer), dishwasher and washing machine.

At the end of this corridor is the large living room, very tastefully furnished with two leather sofas and dark wood furniture, TV with DVD and access to UK free-to-view channels and CD player.

Off the lounge is a separate dining room with dark oak table, chairs and rustic dresser-style wall unit.

From the lounge, and from french doors in the corridor, one can directly access the large outside terraces, extensive lawns and good sized swimming pool.

There is a large, luxury family bathroom on the ground floor and also two twin bedrooms, both with french doors opening on to the gardens and pool.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the two master suites on the first floor; both bedrooms have double beds, high quality ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, and french doors leading on to a large terrace, from which there are very nice sea views.

Externally, there are large terraced areas, both covered and uncovered, furnished with teak dining tables and chairs plus a range of sunbeds, patio chairs and table, parasols, etc. There are two BBQs and an extensive landscaped garden surrounding an attractive kidney shaped swimming pool of 9x5m. Friday change-over.

Menorca south-east region guide

Punta Prima is a mixed coastal resort-cum-small residential town situated on Menorca's south-east coast. The town has a wide sandy beach and excellent bathing conditions, and is fringed with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, though is relaxed and not over-commercial. The historic town of Sant Lluis is just five minutes by car, and the capital Mahon and the airport around 15 minutes. An ideal base for a relaxed holiday and for exploring the beautiful island of Menorca.
