It is approached from a locked, gated drive; entry to the villa is via a large hallway with doors into the spacious living/dining room, comfortably furnished and having satellite TV (free-to-view channels), video and french doors leading out to the covered dining terrace, gardens and pool area. The modern kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted with gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms, one with double bed, ensuite bathroom and door to terrace; one twin; and one bunk-bedded room; plus a further bathroom and shower room/wc. The spacious master bedroom suite is upstairs with king-size bed, ensuite full bathroom and direct access to a large balcony which enjoys lovely sea views and which is furnished with table and chairs. The attached dressing room has a fold-out bed to sleep two. The 10x6m swimming pool with roman steps is to the rear of the villa and has extensive sunbathing terraces surrounding it, as well as a further party-shaded patio area.
