VF030  A luxurious villa arranged over three levels, built into the hillside at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac over the peaceful inlet of Cala Rata. The villa enjoys spectacular views down to the sea and boasts a position in one of the most sought after areas of Menorca. It has been lovingly renovated and converted by the present owners with no expense spared. It occupies a position in an area of outstanding natural beauty is an excellent choice for a relaxing, indulgent holiday.

The villa has been maintained, furnished and equipped to the highest standard, and offers luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people, in five bedrooms - four of these with modern, high quality ensuite facilities. The property has just seen extensive refurbishment and renovation to maintain its position among the elite villas of Menorca.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom - all ensuite - and, on the first floor, there is a large living room with mares fireplace, satellite TV (free-to-view channels), video, and music system. There is also a large dining area with concertina-style folding doors, which can be opened to provide al fresco dining and to enjoy the spectacular views. The fitted modern kitchen and utility room, with all modern domestic appliances, is fully equipped for every aspect of self catering.

On the second floor is a master bedroom with a super-king size bed, ensuite and a balcony with breathtaking views over the cala; plus a guest double bedroom/bathroom

Externally, this villa really scores with fabulous terrace areas and large (12x5m) swimming pool, with a substantial shaded pagoda and table and chairs for up to 12 people; a separate summer house with bar, dishwasher, built-in BBQ grill and hotplate, showers and WC. There is also a further secluded terrace area on the level below the principal main floor terrace accessed by the lower level guest suites.

The villa offers accommodation of exceptional comfort and style for the discerning guest, combining a high degree of privacy and tranquility. The whole property has a distinctly Italian feel with the summer house being a focal point for entertaining with family and friends.

Only 10 minutes drive from the villa are the many stylish cafes and gourmet restaurants, shops and bars of the harbour and marina at Port Mahon. The beautiful beach of Cala Mesquida is a five-minute drive. Friday change-over.

Cala Rata, Sant Antoni & Cala Llonga are exclusive and sought-after areas of private villas nestling on low hills on the north shore of Mahon harbour, and are home to some of the largest and most prestigious real estate in Menorca. Cala Llonga now has its own supermarket, which offers a delivery service. The nearest bars and restaurants are in Mahon; its port and marina are 5-10 minutes by car.
