VF025 A magnificent detached villa with pool, situated on an unrivalled elevated position less than 150m from the water's edge in the sought after area of Cala Llonga. It offers superb views of Mahon harbour and town.

Completed to the highest quality specifications, the main house offers four bedrooms - all with ensuite bath or shower rooms - and a further studio/bedroom with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette in the separate annexe.

The luxury modern kitchen has a range of high quality fitted units in oak, marble work surfaces, concealed dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave. It is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils for a self-catering holiday.

Straight on from the entrance hall is a curving marble staircase, leading down to the lounge and separate dining room area, and a bar. These rooms - like everywhere in the property - have high quality, comfortable furniture. There is a TV (with full satellite package), DVD, PlayStation 2, video and music system. Wifi internet access is included.

From the lounge, french doors open on to the extensive terraces overlooking the harbour furnished with very quality outdoor sofa, chairs and loungers. There are also three bedrooms on this floor, one with master king bed and two doubles with luxury ensuite bathrooms.

The other master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite facilities, including spa-bath, is on the ground floor (entrance) level. A staircase from this level leads up to a tower room. The property also benefits from full air-conditioning. Four further single beds, which can be put in the double rooms should people not want to share, are available in the villa. These can also be utilised for extra children making the villa sleep 12 comfortably.

To the side of the main house is the detached garage and the well equipped self-contained annexe comprising bedroom/lounge area, kitchenette and bathroom. On the lower terrace is a beautiful 10x6m infinity-effect swimming pool and a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by sunbathing terraces The upper covered terrace from the living area has lovely cane effect sofa and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the shade whilst taking in the view.

The annexe is available during low season as a separate let for a couple only when the villa is not occupied. This is ideal to take advantage of the location and pool. Friday change-over.

The owner of this property also offers the charter of a 24ft Rinker bow rider to villa renters. This is available at a cost of £3850 per week.
