VF021 This attractive villa has been refurbished, redecorated and equipped for the discerning guest seeking peace and privacy, while still being only a five-minute drive from lots of facilities. It is situated in an elegant no through road behind high gates and walls. The villa can accommodate up to nine guests (plus babies in cots) and offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious sitting room and a well appointed and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is the sitting room and kitchen, two bedrooms (which can be arranged either as doubles or twins), a family bathroom and a further bedroom with three beds (a double bed under a bunk bed). This bedroom also has an ensuite shower room and WC. There are ample built-in cupboards and wardrobes. From the sitting room, stairs lead to a private master suite with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom opens on to a private sun terrace. The sitting room opens on to a large covered terrace to two sides of the house, ideal for all meals and relaxing in the shade. From the covered terrace, the pool terrace leads to the large swimming pool with surrounding grounds and external dining patio in front of a large built-in BBQ. The garden is mature with high trees and hedges affording total privacy. The villa is secure for children and is comfortable and well laid out. Friday change-over.

To call Trebaluger a resort would be wrong. Blink and you will miss the turn. It is situated halfway between Es Castell and Sant Luis and has winding, pretty little lanes full of residential villas. There are no facilities other than a superb supermarket that opens daily and sells a full range of items including fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. Its close proximity to the larger towns, resorts and beaches makes it an ideal location if you want peace and quiet in a quaint Menorcan village
