VF018 This imposing spacious villa has panoramic sea views and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. It is situated in an avenue of lovely properties in San Jaime, at the popular beach resort of Son Bou. It has five double bedrooms and four bath / shower rooms.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard.

The accommodation is split over two levels with, on the ground floor, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, three twin bedrooms plus a further family bathroom.

The first floor has another double bedroom in the circular tower with a shower room. The views from this room are stunning. There is a further shower room on this floor.

The spacious living room with panoramic sea views has TV (satellite free-to-view channels), DVD and portable CD player. Furnishings combine traditional with modern to give both comfort and style. The spacious kitchen/dining room has fully fitted units with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker and food processor. This is a spacious area with brightly coloured finishing touches.

The villa is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens and patios. To the rear is a safe patio with gates and, to the side (on the same level as the lounge, kitchen and dining room) the pool patio with 8.5x4m swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool. To the front is another patio stretching the whole length of the villa with wonderful views down to the sea and surrounding countryside. The terraces are furnished with sun loungers, dining table and chairs and there is a barbecue.

This villa is ideal for a quiet, relaxing family holiday in a prime location with views down to Son Bou beach - Menorca's largest natural sandy beach. There is a wealth of activities on offer in Son Bou including many water sports. The resort also features many bars and restaurants. Friday change-over and more flexibility in later season.

Resort information

The popular family resort of Son Bou boasts the longest beach in Menorca. Some 2 miles (3km) of pale golden sand is sandwiched between a pair of rocky headlands. The eastern end of the beach is usually busy and has lots of bars, restaurants and watersports but, as you walk west, the beach becomes wilder, backed by sand dunes and freshwater marshes. Son Bou has all you need for a seaside holiday: opportunities for safe swimming, windsurfing, pedaloes and water-skiing plus lots of entertainment.
