VF017  A lovely villa built as part of a small select development of homes built within the last two years, set in a quiet location on elevated land above Binisafua Playa, and therefore providing good sea views. This spacious and tastefully furnished and equipped villa occupies a large plot of around 1,000sq m, with extensive gardens to front and rear.

There is a swimming pool (8x4m), and ample terracing, and there is a built-in barbecue sited in the pleasant gardens.

The villa's ground floor has good access for wheelchairs.

The villa comprises a large air-conditioned lounge/dining room with TV showing Sky free-to-view channels and DVD, high sloped and beamed ceilings; ultra modern American style kitchen with hob, oven, stainless steel extractor, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer; utility room with washing machine, drying machine and to the rear of the villa, a drying area.

Also on the ground floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms both with twin beds; a complete modern bathroom with wide access door and shower, making the property suitable for guests using wheelchairs; upstairs is a galleried hallway leading to the air-conditioned master suite, comprising bedroom with double bed, french doors leading to a good sized balcony with superb views to the sea, and a modern ensuite bathroom with bath, shower-over, wash basin and bidet.

Very comfortable high quality and relaxing accommodation within minutes walk of the local cove and beach of Binisafua.

Guests should note that being on Menorca's south east coast, Binisafua is under one of several flightpaths used by aircraft approaching the airport, some 4km away. Friday change-over.

Resort information

Binisafua is a quiet and typically Menorquin coastal village and has just a handful of bar-restaurants. The much larger resort-towns and beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar and S'Algar have a wide choice of entertainment facilities and are all within 5-6 minutes drive. The historic and charming town of Sant Lluis is about the same distance away. Binisafua Playa offers the ideal setting for the family seeking a slower and relaxed base, but within easy and quick reach of everything the lovely south-east of the island can offer.
