VF015 This exceptionally spacious three-bedroom/four-bathroom villa is situated in Binidali, close to Mahon and the golden triangle of south-east coast beach resorts. The exceptionally pretty cove of Binidali has its own small, natural sandy beach... It is enclosed on both sides by a rocky outcrop and so is very sheltered and very traditionally Spanish, a world away from the beaches with sun loungers and pedalos….ideal for those who want to get away from it all. The villa is approached through gates and garden into the main entrance hall, from which all the ground floor rooms are open plan. It is a very spacious, light, modern villa, built to reflect the local crafts and woodwork while still being very contemporary. It benefits from underfloor heating and climate-control air-conditioning throughout. To the left of the entrance hall is the fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the garage. To the right is a dining area with table and chairs to seat eight and doors leading to the terrace area. Straight ahead is the light, airy living area with corner suite sofa, flat screen TV with free-to-view satellite channels and DVD. Large doors lead on to the terrace area and pool. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with WC, sink and large walk-in shower. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to three bedrooms: master suite with twin beds (which can be arranged as a double), ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, fully fitted wardrobes and large terrace with sea views; two further twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, fully fitted wardrobes. One of these bedrooms has a terrace. Outdoor living is enhanced by the very large covered terrace which has a range of comfortable furniture including a corner sofa suite, dining table and chairs, gas BBQ and sun loungers. The 8x4m swimming pool is set in a lawned area and has roman step access. There is also an outdoor shower. Recommended for those looking for a relaxing away-from-it-all holiday, this is a very comfortable, contemporary villa offering much more space than is usual for a three-bedroom property.
