VF014  This lovely single storey detached villa with private swimming pool and sea views is situated in a peaceful residential road, 10-12 minutes walk down to the family beach at Binibeca and the numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket at Cala Torret.

Accommodation comprises entrance hall; good sized living-dining room with bright, modern high quality furniture including L-shaped sofa, reclining lounge chair, TV unit, coffee table, TV (with free-to-view UK Sky channel access), video, DVD and portable CD music player. The dining area has good quality dining table and six chairs. French doors from the living room open on to the covered and open terraces, pool and attractive garden.

Off the living/dining room is a spacious modern kitchen, with a full range of fitted units with granite worktops, electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils.

To the right of the lounge, a passageway leads to the four bedrooms - two double bedrooms, each featuring ensuite shower rooms with walk-in showers, and two twin bedrooms which share a separate full bathroom. One of the double bedrooms and one of the twins feature french doors opening on to the pool terrace.

There is a landscaped garden to the front, and to each side of the villa is a lawned area, ideal for a peaceful break from the pool. Extensive mares stone terraces surround the 9x4m pool, which has roman step access. Sea views can be enjoyed from this area. Surrounding both ends of the pool are pleasant cultivated garden areas with a variety of Mediterranean shrubs and plants. The large covered terrace has a new built-in seating area for shaded dining and there is also a built-in BBQ.

This villa offers very comfortable and relaxed family accommodation in this ever-popular family resort on Menorca's south-east coast. The airport, town and port of Mahon is around 15 minutes by car, with the historic local town of Sant Lluis just five minutes away. An alternative range of beaches are just 10-15 mins drive. Resort information

The coastal resort of Binibeca has a lovely sandy beach and sheltered bay, and features numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There is a diving school and boat launching facilities at Cala Torret.
