This charming, comfortable four-bedroom, three-bath villa with
accommodation arranged over two levels, has the benefit of air

bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes. There is also a further bathroom
on this level, with bath, shower attachment, WC and basin.
Outside, there is a
partly enclosed and pergola-covered dining patio to the pool side of the
villa, accessed by french doors from the dining area - an ideal place
for al fresco dining. On this side elevation, gated from the villa,
there is also the attractive 9x4m swimming pool with ladder access to
the 0.8m shallow end. There are ample tiled terraces surrounding the
pool with sunbeds and terrace furniture, plus a large parasol. The pool
is largely enclosed by a high rustic drystone wall and mature shrubs and
trees, providing a pleasant environment for relaxing and sunbathing as
well as complete privacy from neighbouring villas. To the front of the
villa there is another small covered patio area with table and chairs,
and to the rear a small gravelled garden area.
Although the owners
have sought to retain the charm and overall styling of a traditional
early '70s villa the property has benefited from considerable
improvements in recent times, including new floor tiling throughout
nearly all of the property, a new kitchen, air conditioning and updating
