VF003 This large and impressive modern air-conditioned villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two ensuite) and occupies a large plot of 1000m2 in a quiet cul-de-sac in the coastal village of Binisafua. The villa is accessed from the road through an automatic gate which opens to the large lawned and landscaped gardens to the front of the villa. These feature a variety of mature shrubs and plants, a riot of colour during spring and summer. The villa (built in 2002) is arranged over two floors and was designed in the typical Menorquin style, with high ceilings to provide light, airy and cool accommodation. There is a large entrance hall and, to its right, is the modern, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room which has a range of oak units, electric oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and all the appliances one would expect in a property of this quality. The washing machine is located in the nearby utility room. Also off the hallway to the right is a bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a modern fully tiled ensuite shower room/WC. To the left of the entrance hall is the sitting-dining room, tastefully furnished to a high standard, which includes a plasma screen TV (Sky free-to-view channels), DVD and CD music player. Sliding double glassed patio doors open to a large part-covered patio/terrace. From the entrance hall, a returning staircase with wrought iron railings leads to the upper level. Here there are three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, wash basins set into an oak vanity unit, and WC. Also off the master bedroom is a large private terrace, which offers lovely sea views. The other two bedrooms on this floor have twin beds (which can be arranged as doubles), fitted wardrobes and one also has access to a balcony with sea views. These bedrooms are served by a further shower room which is equipped with a large walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. All bedrooms and the sitting-diner benefit from air-conditioning/ heating units. Outside, there is a lovely 10x5m pool surrounded by the beautiful and well maintained gardens. There are some sea views from the ground floor level. This spacious, high quality villa is situated about eight minutes walk from the coast and the pretty nearby beach of Binisafua Playa. It is ideal for the discerning family holiday. The village of Binisafua offers a couple of restaurants and a tennis club; a hire car is considered essential as there is no supermarket in the resort. Guests should note that Binisafua is under one of the flight paths to the airport, and therefore some aircraft noise will be experienced. Friday change-over. |
