This outstanding fully air-conditioned villa offers accommodation of 7/8 bedrooms and five bath/shower rooms, plus a huge private swimming pool. It's located just 100m from the sea. Constructed in 2005, this impressive and substantial property occupies a truly front-line plot of more than 1300sq m and provides a unique environment of space, light, privacy and some of the most spectacular and beautiful sea views on the island, including a wonderful uninterrupted vista across to the Isla del Aire. The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. To the right of the entrance hallway is the modern and stylish kitchen, fully fitted with an extensive range of units and equipped with everything the discerning family would expect to find, including double oven, hob with gas and electric rings, large American-style fridge-freezer with ice-maker, integral dishwasher and microwave. Off the kitchen is a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a further drinks refrigerator. From this room, stairs lead down to the lower level and the huge store/playroom equipped with table tennis. Ahead and beyond the entrance hall is the very large, light and airy living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows and patio doors which open on to a large covered terrace running the whole 25m length of the villa. As with all the accommodation, the living room is comfortably furnished in a modern style, with three sofas, and is equipped with TV, DVD and Sky satellite free-to-view English language channels access, and CD music player. To the left of the entrance hall is a small bedroom, with single bed and ensuite shower room/WC, ideal for a nanny/maid or teenager. Further along the corridor to the left of the entrance hall are the remaining bedrooms: there are six further bedrooms in total. The master suite has a king-size bed, luxury bathroom with bath, marble/granite walk-in shower with glass screen, washbasin set in a vanity unit and WC. It also has a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an open plan study area with double doors opening to the huge upper-level terrace and its sea views. There is a double bedroom with sea views and a full ensuite bathroom plus a twin-bedded room, also with sea views. There are three further bedrooms. One is equipped with bunk beds (which can be dismantled to create two single beds if desired) and an extra single bed. The other two rooms have bunk beds, and again these can be turned into singles. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a large tiled outdoor terrace and, to the rear of the lower pool terrace and under the cover and shade of the upper-level terrace, is a 'pool room' equipped with kitchenette and fridge… very handy for keeping drinks chilled and close to the sunbeds. If required, this room could also be used as accommodation overspill, and can take two fold-up beds. Next door to the pool room is a further shower room and WC. The 'infinity' salt water swimming pool is 15x5m, ideal for the serious swimmer. Pool heating is available at a supplementary charge, as is a Jacuzzi at £50 per week to cover electricity costs. Beyond the pool is a large lawned area planted with Mediterranean shrubs and trees, and beyond the drystone wall is the rocky shoreline, with the water's edge just a few metres away.
