V100 Located in a quiet cul de sac, this lovely villa was renovated in 2002 and provides high quality accommodation and outstanding views to the sea over the south coast at Binibeca, a popular family destination. All the bedrooms and the living room have either wall or ceiling fans and there is a cool breeze from the sea most days.

The villa is approximately seven minutes walk downhill to the safe and sandy beach which has a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks throughout the day. It is possible to hire parasols and sun loungers here and the swimming and snorkelling is excellent.

Living accommodation
One double bedroom with doors to terrace and pool with sea views;
Two twin bedrooms (one with sea views and doors to terrace);
A further single bedroom with single bed and wooden cot (no linen supplied) is available at an extra charge of £50 per week;
One bathroom, one shower room;
Sitting room with TV (local channels only) + DVD and CD music system with open plan dining area leading to:
Fully fitted, open plan kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, outside washing machine and laundry facilities.

External facilities
Covered terrace with dining table, chairs and sofa with spectacular views;
Private pool, various gated patios on different levels around the villa offering sunshine and shade depending on time of day
Built in barbeque

This villa runs an "honesty bar" with basic food and drink supplies and the owners request that any items used are replaced before you leave for the use of the next clients. Flexible day change-over.

Resort information

The coastal resort of Binibeca has a lovely sandy beach and sheltered bay, and features numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There is a diving school and boat launching facilities at Cala Torret.
