position overlooking the sea and rocky coastline on the outskirts of the
small, pretty village of Na Macaret.

The entrance door leads in to a spacious entrance hall with, to the
right, a shower room/wc (ideal for use from the pool area). Straight
ahead to a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and doors opening to
the upper terrace. To the right, a utility room with washing machine,
sink and small private drying area. To the left is the living/dining
room which has double doors leading to the upper terrace, table and
chairs to seat eight, sofas , coffee table and TV with Sky free-to-view
satellite channels and DVD. Off this room is the kitchen, with a range
of fitted units, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob/oven and
a full range of crockery, utensils, small appliances for a self catering
holiday.
A spiral staircase
leads off the spacious hall area to the first floor, which comprises:
Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and
terrace; plus a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with ensuite
bathrooms and terraces. All bedrooms have wardrobes and are fully
air-conditioned. The two double bedroom terraces overlook the sea and
are furnished with chairs and a table; excellent places for a morning
cup of coffee.
The villa is enclosed
by walls/fencing and access from the road is via the private gate. The
upper terrace, with dining table for eight and a BBQ, has the most
spectacular sea views and has a banister railing around. Attached to
this are gates above the steps leading down to the pool terrace,
excellent for child safety. There are large sunbathing terraces with
sunloungers and chairs surrounding the 12x6m pool with roman steps.
This villa is highly
recommended as a very relaxing place for a family holiday thanks to the
gated pool, air-conditioning and sea views. Early booking recommended. Monday
change-over.
