TM012 This modern, detached air-conditioned/heated villa of 200sq m is located on a plot well in excess of 1000sq m, part of private gated 'estate' of six villas, all with beautiful gardens, within five minutes walk of the sea. The large open plan living/dining area has sliding doors opening up the whole room to the terrace, private swimming pool and landscaped gardens beyond. The living area is a large and airy space, furnished with both modern sofas and antiques. It has a 32in plasma TV with access to Sky free-to-view channels, and also Spanish TV channels, plus a DVD. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and a washing sink. It accesses the drying area, which keeps the washing 'out of sight' and dries overnight - the perfect area to dump your stuff after a day at the beach. The master bedroom suite features a 'super king' bed and flat screen TV, plus ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower, bidet, wc and basin; the second master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and TV, plus ensuite bathroom featuring bath with shower, bidet, wc and basin; and the further two bedrooms have twin beds and TVs. All bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have direct access to the gardens. There is a further bathroom with huge walk-in shower, bidet, wc and basin. The outside terraces are furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining suite seating eight, and high quality sunbeds, plus a gas barbecue and heating, should it be needed. The villa also has a private sun terrace for alternative sunbathing; there are stunning sea views from sun terrace. The gardens and outside areas are superb for outside entertaining, with subtle lighting and pool lights. The large, square pool is very modern with steps down into a turquoise tiled pool. The gardens are fully landscaped with many typical Mediterranean scrubs, palm trees, herbs, lavenders. At the end of the pool there is a terrace for sunbathing with comfortable stylish sunbeds and parasols. There are stunning views both from the back of the villa and from the front, where a large table and chairs are provided for alternative entertaining - great for breakfast as the sun rises here. The whole villa benefits from 'reverse system' air-conditioning/heating. It is a very tranquil spot and the perfect location for a truly relaxing vacation. Monday changeover. |
