TM003  This modern, recently renovated farmhouse is situated on the road to Es Grau, a very popular family resort with a wide, very shallow bay that is ideal for families with young children. Es Grau has a wonderful restaurant right on the edge of the water where you can feed the fish from the terrace. Mahon, and the wealth of bars, restaurants on the port, is a 10 minute drive.

The house is set in its own spacious grounds with lovely countryside views and no nearby neighbours so privacy is guaranteed Sunbathing terraces and a lawned area surround the pool (approx 12x6m). There is a terrace area with overhead pergola and built-in barbecue. The house is well equipped with outdoor table, chairs and sun loungers.

The accommodation is set over two floors and is very spacious with furnishings of a high standard. Central heating is available for cooler months at an extra charge of £70 per week.
