This attractive front line detached villa is situated close to villa VSW005 on a well looked-after community complex with swimming pool that is near to the Cap d'Artruxt lighthouse and only 2/3 minutes walk from bars, shops and restaurants. The sea views from the dining terrace are spectacular and the villa is furnished in a high quality contemporary style. Accommodation comprises two bedrooms each with two single beds. Both are comfortably furnished with bedside tables, fans and built-in wardrobes. They share a full family shower room. The living accommodation is also nicely furnished with sofa, chairs, TV with English free-to-view satellite channels, DVD and music system. There is a bar-style kitchen off the living area with electric hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. To the front of the villa there is a terrace with built-in BBQ, table, chairs and sunloungers from which to enjoy the lovely sea views. All guests enjoy the use of the large communal swimming pool. This is an ideal location for a family holiday for those happy to share a swimming pool on an attractive community. The main resort and marina/beach are a 15-20 minute walk from the villa, which makes it an ideal peaceful location. Flexible day change-over. Cala en Bosc is a lively resort situated around a marina with numerous bars and restaurants. Various boat excursions from the marina will take you along the south coast to swim at unspoiled beaches. The beach situated behind the marina is wide and sandy, deepening gradually, making it very safe for swimming. There is also a waterpark with slides and chutes and lots of watersport activities for the whole family. Cala en Bosc is a chic, lively resort and an ideal place for a family holiday. |
