This attractive villa is situated close to villa VSW006 on a well looked-after community complex with swimming pool and is near to the Cap d'Artrux lighthouse. The villa is only 2-3 minutes walk from bars, shops and restaurants. Accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both comfortably furnished with bedside tables, fans and built-in wardrobes, sharing a full family bathroom. The living accommodation is also nicely furnished with sofa, chairs, plasma TV (local channels only), DVD and music system. The dining area has a lovely teak table and seating for six. There is a bar-style kitchen off the living area with electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc, and plenty of crockery/utensils for a self catering holiday. The washing machine is located outside the villa. To the outside of the villa, there is a private garden area with built-in BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers plus a roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea and lighthouse, which are pictured. Please note that at time of listing this villa it was not possible to take photographs of the exterior due to some exterior work. This is an ideal location for a family holiday for those happy to share a swimming pool on an attractive community. The main resort and marina/beach are a 15-20 minute walk from the villa, which makes it an ideal peaceful location. Flexible day change-over. Cala en Bosc is a lively resort situated around a marina with numerous bars and restaurants. Various boat excursions from the marina will take you along the south coast to swim at unspoiled beaches. The beach situated behind the marina is wide and sandy, deepening gradually, making it very safe for swimming. There is also a waterpark with slides and chutes and lots of watersport activities for the whole family. Cala en Bosc is a chic, lively resort and an ideal place for a family holiday. |
