This truly beautiful integrally air-conditioned villa is set on a private and secluded plot near the sea and was completed in March 2008. It is individually designed by one of the island's leading architects with all of the contemporary interior designed by the owner, a professional interior designer of international repute. This villa combines a true touch of luxury with the ambience and comfort of a home-from-home. It is designed in the classic style of a Roman villa with the four wings of the living accommodation arranged around a large central courtyard with a water fountain in the centre. This magnificent property is a cherished second home for its owners, and has been furnished and equipped to the highest standards, with everything of the most superb quality. The property is walled on all sides and has a lockable entry gate plus a separate automatic entry gate to access the garage, and therefore offers excellent security as well as seclusion. The garden and terrace areas have been designed and landscaped to incorporate a large lawned area plus a Mediterranean-style zone planted with a range of colourful shrubs, plants and flowers as well as several palm trees. There is a large swimming pool and spacious tiled terracing for sunbathing, furnished with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs. The majority of the accommodation is arranged at ground level. On this level there is the main entrance door opening to a long corridor. Off this is a fully tiled wet room-style shower and WC, a bedroom with two single beds, and the ultra-modern custom-designed fully fitted kitchen and utility area. At its end, the corridor opens to the living and dining rooms. The impressive kitchen is fully equipped to cater for the most enthusiastic chef, and as well as all the equipment and utensils one would expect for a self-catering holiday, it provides a large American-style fridge-freezer with ice-maker, separate wine-chiller/drinks refrigerator, integral washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, extractor and hood. All appliances are in brushed stainless steel finish, and the units are in cream painted wood with grey silistone work tops. The living/dining room is furnished with pieces of excellent quality and stylish design: a beautiful long rectangular oak dining table and and 10 matching chairs, large L-shaped sofa with cushions in coordinating fabrics, various matching occasional tables with subdued lighting, and to the front of the living room, a marble feature fireplace, large home cinema-style wall mounted plasma screen TV, DVD and music system. The TV has access to the European Astra satellite system, which includes a variety of free-to-view English language channels. Beyond the living/dining room is access to the master suite; a beautiful, large room boasting a super-king size four-poster bed with voile-style curtains, bed cover, scatter cushions and bolsters in coordinating fabrics, matching bedside furniture and individually designed light fittings There is also large wall-mounted plasma TV with access to the Astra satellite channels. Off the master bedroom is the unique and superb bathroom. This is a very large room, fully tiled with finest Italian tiles and marble, and consists of a large walk-in wet room shower with glass door and walls, a huge circular sunken bath accessed via two steps a separate cubicle with toilet and bidet, and in the centre of the bathroom a washbasin and vanity unit set in marble with a huge mirror above. There is a lockable door from the far end of the bathroom which leads to the main guest suite, so it can be shared by the occupants of either bedroom, or can be used exclusively by one or the other by simply locking the relevant entrance door to either bedroom. The guest suite has a low futon-style king size bed with voile curtain over, and a small TV with access to Spanish terrestrial TV channels. This suite has a door opening to another wing and from this corridor; its occupants can access the courtyard, and all other rooms on the ground floor level. In the entrance corridor there is a staircase leading down to the lower level. Here there is s further bedroom with twin beds, a separate shower-room/WC, and access to the garage and equipment room.
