This recently built luxury five-bedroom/five-bathroom detached villa occupies a secluded position in the quiet resort of Port Addaya. It enjoys pretty river views out to the open sea from most aspects of the split-level accommodation. All rooms have air-conditioning/heating dehumidifier units. The rooms are split over two levels with steps leading down from the road. The living/dining room features leather sofas and chairs, 42in widescreen TV with full sound system and full UK Sky package, DVD and CD music system. There are arched doors to the terrace, which offers beautiful views over the river. The fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with special non-burn hob, window mosquito netting plus a full range of kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room with sink and washing machine. The five bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes, mosquito nets and each its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a 24in TV with DVD and video. There is a private roof terrace with stunning river/sea views. The swimming pool measures 9x5m and the surrounding terracing is complete with barbecue, dining table/chairs and sun loungers. This attractive villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday and offers an extremely high standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Monday change-over. Puerto Addaya is small, quiet and pleasant with several bar-restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Although it does not have its own beach (and therefore fewer crowds and commercialisation), it does have a pretty yacht marina and some dramatic views, and an excellent choice of first class beaches and resorts within five minutes drive, including Arenal d'en Castell, Son Parc (which also is home to the island's golf course), Son Saura, Na Macaret and Fornells Playa. |
