New to Travel Menorca for 2010 is this attractive double storey, four bedroom villa in a residential cul-de-sac close to all the facilities and just a short stroll from the marina and beach in the popular family resort of Cala en Bosc. Set back from the road, with olive wood gates, the villa sits on a spacious plot with sunbathing terraces surrounding the 8x6m private pool with roman step access. Entrance into the villa is via the covered terrace; the property has an open-plan interior. On the ground floor, the living room has comfortable sofas, a TV with free to view satellite channels and DVD, as well as a PlayStation 2. To the rear of this is the kitchen/dining room complete with modern fitted kitchen, built in oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine plus a full range of kitchen utensils. The downstairs twin bedroom has a shower room just next door. There is an ornate staircase leading up to the first floor where the other bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes and doors on to a private terrace overlooking the pool area. The two twin bedrooms are also nicely furnished and all the upper bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room and upper hallway of the villa are air-conditioned, though individual bedrooms are not. The exterior terraces of the villa are enclosed by stone walls with bruc fencing above for privacy and there are ample sunbeds, a brick built BBQ, outdoor shower and dining table/chairs for eight completing the facilities of this attractive villa. Because of its convenient location to all the facilities that Cala en Bosc has to offer, early booking is recommended for this villa. Friday changeover. Cala en Bosc is a lively resort situated around a marina with numerous bars and restaurants. Various boat excursions from the marina will take you along the south coast to swim at unspoiled beaches. The beach situated behind the marina is wide and sandy, deepening gradually, making it very safe for swimming. There is also a waterpark with slides and chutes and lots of watersport activities for the whole family. Cala en Bosc is a chic, lively resort and an ideal place for a family holiday. |
