This villa is situated in an enviable position within the popular family resort of Cala Blanca on Menorca's lovely west coast. Within easy walking distance of the beach and bar/restaurants, it provides an ideal location for a family holiday. Set in low drystoned walled grounds, the detached villa has wonderful sea views from its private roof terrace . Entrance is into the combined living/kitchen area which has doors out to the covered terrace. The living/kitchen area is equipped with a sofa bed, TV with DVD and Sky free-to-view channels, central island with oven/hob, fitted kitchen units with fridge, separate small freezer and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils for a self-catering holiday. Off the living area are the three bedrooms: one master double and two singles which share a shower room (also houses the washing machine). All bedrooms have drawers, hanging space and fans. The living room sofa bed is available for another guest if required. The garden is mainly laid to gravelled areas surrounding the villa and the sunbathing terrace around the pool, which has roman steps. Gates are fixed up to the roof terrace and to the entrance for child safety. Bruc fencing surrounds the garden for privacy. There are sunloungers around the pool and a dining table/chairs. There is a BBQ on the covered terrace to the rear. Friday changeover. The popular resort of Cala Blanca lies on the south-west coast just 4km south of Ciutadella. It is self contained, with its own supermarkets, shops, numerous restaurants and bars, plus a white sandy beach which is quite shallow, making it a popular choice for families. Strong swimmers can explore the sea caves in the surrounding limestone cliffs. A visit to Ciutadella is a must; there is a frequent bus service to and from the resort. Taxis are cheap, approximately £6 each way. |
