Two modern, attractive single-storey villas adjacent to each other and situated close to the marina at Cala en Bosc, just 400m from a choice of restaurants and facilities. The double-glazed villas are set in 450sqm of totally enclosed and private gardens. The 4.5x5m pools are set in lawns and the surrounding terraces have table/chairs, six sunloungers and a barbecue. Entrance into the villas is through the hall into the main sitting/dining room, which is comfortably furnished with sofas, coffee table, satellite TV (free to view channels only) and DVD. The kitchens are equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a further bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The villa benefits from a safe in which to store guests' personal belongings. The villas are a short walk from the rocky coastline and there is a sandy beach 1800m away, to which there is a regular bus service. Bike hire is very popular in this resort as it is totally flat; a hire shop is 400m from the villas. Both villas are arranged on one level, with ramps, extra-wide doorways and handrails in the bathrooms, making it ideal for wheelchair users. Change-over day by request. Cala en Bosc is a lively resort situated around a marina with numerous bars and restaurants. Various boat excursions from the marina will take you along the south coast to swim at unspoiled beaches. The beach situated behind the marina is wide and sandy, deepening gradually, making it very safe for swimming. There is also a waterpark with slides and chutes and lots of watersport activities for the whole family. Cala en Bosc is a chic, lively resort and an ideal place for a family holiday. |
