Set in pretty gardens, this terraced villa has an ideal location close to all amenities in the popular family resort of Cala Blanca, with the beach just a couple of minutes walk away. This villa offers good value for a relaxed family holiday. Entrance into the villa is via the main living/dining area with a bar style kitchen off. The air-conditioned living room has sofa, chairs, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The two bedrooms are at the side of villa and comprise a double and a twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The windows of both bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens. The rear terrace area has table/chairs for outdoor dining and sunloungers plus a barbecue. A five-minute walk away, overlooking the beach, is a massive public swimming pool with bar/restaurant facilities. Shops, bars and restaurants are all close by, as is the renowned Dive Cala Blanca school, which offers superb diving for both the beginner and experience diver. Friday changeover. The popular resort of Cala Blanca lies on the south-west coast just 4km south of Ciutadella. It is self contained, with its own supermarkets, shops, numerous restaurants and bars, plus a white sandy beach which is quite shallow, making it a popular choice for families. Strong swimmers can explore the sea caves in the surrounding limestone cliffs. A visit to Ciutadella is a must; there is a frequent bus service to and from the resort. Taxis are cheap, approximately £6 each way. |
