This attractive villa offers superb family accommodation in the popular resort of Cala Blanca. It is situated in a quiet road in the main residential area close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. On the ground floor, the comfortably furnished and air-conditioned living/dining room has sofa, chairs, TV/DVD, CD music system and an iPod dock. There is a compact, well-equipped kitchen off with oven/hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven. The washing machine is situated in a washroom at the rear of the villa. Patio doors lead out from living room on to the covered terrace and 8x4m swimming pool with steps. The pool is securely gated, which is useful for families with small children. A double and a twin bedroom share a shower room downstairs and upstairs the master double bedroom has a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. Externally, the villa is very private as it is set in a gated, walled plot with Mediterranean shrubs/flowers around the terrace. There are a table and chairs and sun loungers and barbecue. This comfortable villa is an ideal location for a family holiday. Friday changeover. The popular resort of Cala Blanca lies on the south-west coast just 4km south of Ciutadella. It is self contained, with its own supermarkets, shops, numerous restaurants and bars, plus a white sandy beach which is quite shallow, making it a popular choice for families. Strong swimmers can explore the sea caves in the surrounding limestone cliffs. A visit to Ciutadella is a must; there is a frequent bus service to and from the resort. Taxis are cheap, approximately £6 each way. |
