This is an attractive, fully air-conditioned and spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached villa with large pool, occupying a large, private and secure plot in a quiet yet very convenient area of Binibeca, just a few minutes stroll from the shops, bars and restaurants of the rustic "fishermen's village", coast road and Binibeca's beautiful sandy beach. The property is accessed through double wrought iron gates and, as the spacious 1500m2 plot is surrounded by drystone walls and mature border hedges, offers both safety and security for families with small children and privacy from properties. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, and offers all the home comforts.
