This attractive villa is situated in a quiet residential road in the S'Atalaya area of Binibeca and is ideally suited for a relaxing family holiday. Built all on one level, it offers spacious, comfortable accommodation with the added benefit of air-conditioning. The large living area has sofas, chairs, TV/DVD, a CD music system and patio doors leading out to the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool. The well equipped open-plan kitchen/dining area is also very spacious and has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and ample utensils and crockery for self catering. The washing machine is situated in a casita outdoors. A dishwasher has been added to the facilities. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units. The twin master has doors to terrace and an ensuite shower room while the two other twins share a full family bathroom. Pretty landscaped gardens surround the 8x4m pool with roman steps, terracing and sun loungers. Steps lead up to the large covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. A private roof terrace offers sea views. Friday change-over. The coastal resort of Binibeca has a lovely sandy beach and sheltered bay, and features numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There is a diving school and boat launching facilities at Cala Torret. The nearby historic town of Sant Lluis is just six mins by car, Mahon around 15 minutes and the airport around the same. |
