This attractive, comfortable villa is situated in a very sought-after location within Binibeca. It benefits from a tranquil location yet is only a few minutes walk from the seafront, beach, shops, bars and restaurants of this popular area. The villa has been constructed, finished, equipped and furnished to a high standard, and offers larger than usual living accommodation (approximately 125sq m) on a large plot of more than 1000sq m. The property has three air-conditioned bedrooms to the left of the entrance hall - a master with double bed and modern, fully tiled ensuite bathroom, plus two further bedrooms, one twin and one double, sharing a family bathroom/wc. The nearby historic town of Sant Lluis is just six mins by car, Mahon around 15 minutes and the airport around the same. |
