VF002 This attractive detached villa is situated in a quiet residential road in Binibeca, and has pretty, well established gardens with lovely sea views from its large dining terrace. The spacious, comfortably furnished living/dining room - with satellite (UK free to view channels) TV, DVD and video - opens on to a large covered terrace with table and chairs and an unrivalled view of the sea. There are steps leading down to the garden and rear pool terrace but traditional Menorquin gates ensure pool safety for little ones. The 8x5m swimming pool is situated to the rear of the villa surrounded by a partly shaded/lawned area and paved sundeck. There are sun loungers, table and chairs, a newly built-in brick barbecue and an outdoor shower. Steps lead up from villa to a second terrace giving further views down to the sea and the sheltered, sandy, Binibeca beach. A newly installed, well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen features large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed outside in a separate wash area just off the kitchen with plenty of hanging space. Sleeping accommodation comprises one double, two twins and one bunk-bedded single bedroom sharing two full, white tiled bathrooms. The master bedroom is air-conditioned. This villa is an excellent base for a relaxing family holiday or getaway with friends and is within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket. This well cared for and homely villa is finished to a high standard and is extremely well equipped with everything from card tables to high chairs. It occupies a large, beautifully landscaped private plot in a particularly quiet and sought-after area, making early booking advisable. Friday change-over. The coastal resort of Binibeca has a lovely sandy beach and sheltered bay, and features numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There is a diving school and boat launching facilities at Cala Torret. The nearby historic town of Sant Lluis is just six mins by car, Mahon around 15 minutes and the airport around the same. |
